Gravitational heating system By using gravitational heating system in SPARK series of gravity furnaces , we can boast a good temperature uniformity result. Our research has shown that the air temperature uniformity in our furnace gravity with the right parts in the chamber did not exceed ± 5 ° C! Result is due to our assembly technology heating elements. |
Rapid heating SPARK series gravity furnaces uses heaters which are specifically designed to quickly dissipates heat, making our stoves heat up quickly. Fast heating we owe insulations, used sealings and specially shaped gasket which does not contain asbestos and is safe for the user. Optimization of isolation, lack of contact between the furnace chamber and housing minimizes heat loss and saves power. Our ovens depending on the model of heat at a speed of 8 ° C per minute. |

Transport system SPARK Series ovens are standard equipped with two lower trolleys. In response to the market demand for inexpensive solution we developed a manual transport system which allows transportation of heavy elements using a small amount of force. Our system allows optimal use of the entire surface of the oven and provides high purity painted elements. By using two trolleys, trolley moving across the hall does not contaminate the inside of the oven. Use of a single trolley bring pollutants from the floor to the chamber of the furnace, our system eliminates this problem. |
