Technology

Materials
Ultrasonic washers of ROMER uses sheet steel which provides protection against acids. Baths are equipped with additional wall-insulation, so do not lose temperature and faster heats up. Good quality of the metal sheet provides longer life for the bath.
Heating system             
Heaters used in ROMER's tanks are made of high quality materials, are made of ceramic high temperature resistant covered with AISI304. Their replacement is easy and noninvasive. The system of heating provides excellent thermal efficiency, automatically hot water mixes with cold water, heating the entire tank.
Ultrasonic elements
Elements used in ultrasonic washers ROMER's are mounted in immersion modules thus better reflect the vibration and are interchangeable. Ultrasonic range is 20-40kHz depending on the washed item, lower frequencies are used for large components with higher durability, lower for the jewelry and sensitive mechanical systems. All sensors are connected using heat resistant wires.
